Return Policy

We believe that true service starts after the product you ordered arrives at your doorstep.We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience at SEJAT. When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently.

Standard 30 Day Return Policy

  • Most of our product may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days.

  • Unopened products may be returned for full refund within 30 days

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service for replacement within 5 days at 1-626-780-4983 Monday through Friday 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. PST.SEJAT does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise because we are not responsible for product defects due to we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to SEJAT, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you at no charge. SEJAT will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.

  • Non-Damaged Products: If you have received a new SEJAT order within 30 days, you may obtaine a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online at info@sejats.com.A RMA Department Representative will e-mail you either a RMA number, or a reason for RMA denial.

  • Opened products are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee unless the product is defective on arrival. 25% restocking fee will be charged to returns with incomplete or damaged package and additional fee will be charged for missing accessories.

  • Physically damaged items cannot be returned to SEJAT.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. Shipping and handling is non-refundable (Both the shipping cost we have paid to the carrier , or the shipping cost that you spend to send back to us). Issued RMAs are only valid for 30 days. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping cost sending back to us.

  • SEJAT retains the right to either refuse delivery of such a return or charge you a restocking fee if your return(1) without a RMA from SEJAT, (2) beyond the 30 day period, (3) demaged product while transit, or (4) without proper packaging,

  • Defective item will be exchange with same item only, no refund back.

  • We will not accpet any return request if because you don't like the product and there is no issue with the product itself.

  • Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee for all return, which is deducted from the refund amount.

Limited Non-Refundable 30-Day Return Policy

  • All other branded products beside SEJAT, please contact the manufacturer directly for support and exchange.

  • Software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed.

  • Even return within 30 days ,full refunds back will not be applied to laptop bags and solar batteries;only partial reund will be issued which will exclude the shipping cost that we have paid to the carrier. For returning the item, customer pays shipping sending back to us and we will issue partial refund (exclude shipping cost that we paid to the carrier) back to customer once we receive the item back.

Return Merchandise Authorization Request Steps:

All returns for a refund/repair/exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee if without a RMA number.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your SEJAT Return Policy. Products that are returned to SEJAT with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

  • Download RMA Form Here and fill-out the form ; e-mail the completed form to info@sejats.com

  • Please obtain a RMA number at info@sejats.com before returning any item. While completing the RMA form, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. After we received the completed RMA form,We will email an RMA number along with the completed RMA form to you.

  • Send the product to Bedox, Box up the item you are returning with RMA form with the assigned RMA number and send it to

  • All returned Products must be received within 2 weeks for domestic purchase and 3 weeks for international purchase with trackable method from initial RMA issued date.

  • You will receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.

  • If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified by email and offered a similar replacement or a refund. We try to contact every customer in this case to find an agreeable replacement item or refund amount.

  • The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).

  • Once the items are received back, credit will be processed to your original method of payment and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles. Please be aware that it may take as long as 90 days for the credit to be visible on your credit card statement.
