Software is non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once installed.
- Even return within 30 days ,full refunds back will not be applied to laptop bags and solar batteries;only partial reund will be issued which will exclude the shipping cost that we have paid to the carrier. For returning the item, customer pays shipping sending back to us and we will issue partial refund (exclude shipping cost that we paid to the carrier) back to customer once we receive the item back.

Return Merchandise Authorization Request Steps:
All returns for a refund/repair/exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee if without a RMA number.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your SEJAT Return Policy. Products that are returned to SEJAT with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

- Please obtain a RMA number at info@sejats.com before returning any item. While completing the RMA form, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. After we received the completed RMA form,We will email an RMA number along with the completed RMA form to you.
- Send the product to Bedox, Box up the item you are returning with RMA form with the assigned RMA number and send it to
RMA Dept.

- All returned Products must be received within 2 weeks for domestic purchase and 3 weeks for international purchase with trackable method from initial RMA issued date.
- You will receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
- If an RMA item is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item, you will be notified by email and offered a similar replacement or a refund. We try to contact every customer in this case to find an agreeable replacement item or refund amount.
- The overall turnaround time for a return is about 5-8 business days from the time we receive the shipment; (that is, 2-5 business days for RMA processing and 2-3 business days to expedite your refund or replacement).
- Once the items are received back, credit will be processed to your original method of payment and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles. Please be aware that it may take as long as 90 days for the credit to be visible on your credit card statement.
