Q1:Does SEJAT sell or release my personal information?

Q2: Would I be charged for sales tax?


A: All orders that placed outside of California will be tax free, but 9.25% CA sales tax will be charged if purchase within California.


Q3: Do you accept international orders?

Q4: Which shipping company would you use to ship my order?


A: Orders will be ship via USPS,UPS,Fedex.It is possible to use your desired carrier,simply specify it in the comment area while in checkout process.


Q5: I did not receive an order confirmation. Was my order submitted successfully?

A: Normally, order cancellation is not possible. But you can still try to cancel it by email us before 1PM PST of the following business day to cancel your order.

Because of our volume, bulk pallets of orders are picked up by UPS,UPS,FedEx and DHL every hour, but Tracking may not show up for up to 72 hours when the item is scanned at the Carrier Central processing facility. Q9: I have two charges on my statement. Why am I being double charged?


A: When you place an order, your credit card will be AUTHORIZED for the amount of your purchase. Our staff will then process your payment when we are ready to ship your order. This may appear to look like you were being charged twice. However, once the payment is processed, the AUTHORIZATION will be removed in 2-3 days.
